Boomerang

I feed and dress my God daily, and so does she
I bathe and walk my God daily, so does she
I think of my God, so does she
I write to my God and she writes my life
What you give returns to you
What goes from you rebound
The light of my God brightens my world
Love of my God nourishes my life
I get my grain even in the rain
I didn’t see my God, she said “Honey, don’t worry.
Wear iris and lavender.”
If you reason you’ll lose treasure
Slowly it enters and slowly I learn
I am the tree, the earth, the river, the mountain…
I have seen water in the desert and flowers among thorn
The sack of my sorrow empties in the morning

The Braided Way

The Braided Way is a framework to see every faith tradition as a strand, braided into a larger whole of spiritual awareness. In the Braided Way, combining spiritual practice from various faiths allow us to explore sacred experience and wonder in forms that resonate with our personal spiritual needs and sacred intuitions. In today’s culture, many people shun religious dogma, but yearn for spiritual connection. The Braided Way allows the ceremonies and practices of multiple faiths to be available without the confinements of cultural dogma.
